6. Explain the following with reference to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,
1996 :
a) Power of Judicial authority to refer parties to Arbitration.
b) Evidence for Enforcement of 9 foreign Award.
7. Explain the main features of UNCITRAL model law on International
Commercial Arbitration.
8. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of ADRS.
