(a) Consumer Welfare Fund and Uitilization of the Fund
(b) Offences and Penalties
Q.3) Critically examine role of the Reserve Bank of India under the Foreign
Exchange Management Act, 1999.
Q.4) Discuss the following with reference to the Foreign Exchange Management
Act, 1999 :
(a) Foreign Exchange and Foreign Security
(b) Exemption from Realisation and Repatriation
Q.5) Examine provisions relating to conveyances carrying imported or exported
goods under the Customs Act, 1962.
Q.6) Critically examine provisions relating to ‘Goods in Transit’, ‘Warehousing’
and ‘Drawback’ under the Customs Act, 1962.
