3. What are the various objectives of MRTU and PULP Act ? Explain
privileges of registered Trade Union and obligations on unregistered
Trade Union. [14]
4. Explain provisions relating to strikes, lockout, lay-off and retrenchment.
Also explain the term ‘Industrial Dispute’. [14]

Orders) Act ?
