3. Examine Wellesley's Policy of subsidiary Alliance.

UNIT II
4. Throw light on the character and achievement of Ranjeet Singh.
5. Discuss the reforms of Dalhousie.

UNIT III
6. Estimate Curzon as an administrator.
7. Give details of the salient features of the Govt. of India act of 1935.

UNIT IV
8. Sketch the history of the Indian National Movement from 1919 to 1947.
9. Evaluate the political ideology and contribution of Jawahar Lal Nehru in India's freedom struggle.
