2. What are different methods of training ? Explain in
detail.
3. What are the techniques to identify and determine training
needs ?
4. Explain the ways to evaluate the training programmes.
5. What is learning ? Explain the principles of learning.
6. Explain the training techniques to manage the change and to increase
the productivity.
7. Write short notes on (any two) :
(1) Training Aids
(2) Training objectives
(3) Training for creativity
(4) Andragogy.
