401 : ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND QMS

N.B. :— (i) Solve any five questions.
(ii) All questions carry equal marks.
1. Discuss the concept of Organisation Development. What should be
the values and assumptions in the task of OD ?
2. State any three types of OD interventions with examples of any
organization that you have come across.
3. What are the stages of team development ? What is socio-technical
system in OD ?
4. Discuss the term intervention in OD. Explain in detail the advantages
of structural intervention.
5. What is diagnosis in OD ? Explain the importance of correct diagnosis
in the success of OD.
6. What is the role of OD consultant ? Discuss importance of ethical
issues in OD consulting.
7. Write short notes on (any two) :
(a) T group training
(b) Change agent
(c) Just in time
(d) Suggestion scheme.
