3. What is inflation? Explain its effects on different classes of society.

4. Critically examine the employment theory of J.B. Say.

5. What is monopoly? Explain determination of price under monopoly.

6. Explain critically the marginal productivity theory of wages.

7. Describe the risk and uncertainty bearing theory of profit.

8. Describe the composition of national income. What is the relationship between national income and economic welfare?

9. Explain the law of diminishing marginal utility and throw light on its assumption and exceptions.

10. Explain the law of demand. What are its exceptions?
