4. Define collective bargaining. Explain various steps involved in collective
bargaining process.
5. Explain in detail grievance handling procedure.
6. Explain role of personnel and industrial relations manager in IR.
7. Discuss various forms in which workers can participate in management
process.
8. Write short notes on any two :
(a) Essential characteristics of collective bargaining
(b) Industrial conflict
(c) Works committee
(d) Labour management.
