It is important to note that the plus two examinations is likely to begin on March 2. On account of this, the first lot of question papers and answer sheets will be sent to the examination hubs by February 24 to 26. It was announced by the Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has said. Over 302 hubs have been located around the state where question papers and answer sheets will be kept under 24 hours police surveillance. It is for smooth coordination of the exams. The board has also given four days time to create the hubs which are not yet ready.

Already the blueprint for the transportation of the first lot of the theory question papers and answer sheets has been created by the council. Each vehicle carrying the question papers will be escorted by four police personnel. The council and the hub will be in constant communication till the paper reaches the destination. Each hub will have a temporary treasury and CCTV and will be under 24 hours security till March 29.

The annual plus two exams will be conducted at 1098 exam centres in which each hub will connect to five exam centres. The second lot of question papers will be sent after March 13. The SP and District magistrate will be in charge of the transportation of question papers and answer sheets from hubs to the exam centre.

To expedite the evaluation process, science and commerce theory papers will be e-evaluated. Around 49 evaluation centres will be set up in various private and government colleges. Evaluation will begin in first week of April and results will be published by May second week, said Council Chairman Basudev Chhatoi.
